Leave York via Gillygate (A1036) and proceed in a north easterly direction onto Clarence Street and then bear left at the traffic lights onto Wigginton Road (A1363). Proceed past the hospital and Nestle, over the railway line to the second set of traffic lights and turn left onto Clifton Moorgate. Proceed to the roundabout and take the first exit onto Longwood Road and then take the 2nd right turning onto Longwood Link. Proceed through Longwood Link to the 'T' junction, take a right turning into Broadstone Way and a right again into Mitchell Way. Continue to the bottom of the cul-de-sac and take a left turning where the property is situated on the right hand side.
