" A spacious semi-detached property located in this quiet cul-de-sac which is very popular with families. The property has recently had a loft conversion which provides an additional double bedroom and en-suite. The accommodation briefly comprises entrance hall with stairs to the first floor, downstairs w.c, lounge with open fire, second reception room, dining kitchen with French doors opening onto the rear garden. To the first floor there are two double bedrooms, house bathroom and a study area with stairs leading to the second floor. Externally there is a large driveway with parking for several vehicles. There is also a detached single garage. The rear garden is laid mainly to lawn. The front garden is set behind a low brick wall and is also laid to lawn. This is an ideal family home and early internal inspection is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
