This is a purpose built second floor apartment situated within the Lanesfield area of Wolverhampton. The accommodation comprises of an entrance hall, a lounge/dining room, a fitted kitchen with appliances, a double bedroom and a bathroom/WC. Externally, there are communal grounds and off road parking. EPC rating is grade C.

Location

Lanesfield is a suburb to the south of Wolverhampton city centre with access to Birmingham and Wolverhampton via the A4123. There is a railway station at Cosely and there are several local shops and schools within the area. Wolverhampton itself has a University, a theatre, an art gallery and several museums, along with various shopping centres and schools. Wolverhampton also has a mainline railway station and a direct tram link to Birmingham city centre. The motorway network can be accessed via the M5, M6 and the M54.

Viewing is strongly recommended to appreciate the stylish presentation and spacious interior of this purpose built apartment. The property is accessed via a communal entrance which has a lift leading up to the second floor accommodation.
