This is a traditional style semi detached home, situated within the Ford Houses area of Wolverhampton. To the ground floor, the accommodation consists of a canopy porch, entrance hall, lounge, dining room and kitchen, whilst to the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom/WC. Externally, there are gardens to the front and rear, along with a driveway. EPC rating awaited.

Location

Ford Houses is a suburb to the north of Wolverhampton city centre, with a variety of local shops and banks at Three Tons roundabout. There is access to the M54 at junction 2 via the A449/Stafford Road and also to Wolverhampton via the same road in the opposite direction. Elmdon Road is within access to the I54 Development. Wolverhampton itself has a University, a theatre, an art gallery and several museums. There are various shopping centres within the city and a variety of schools. There is a mainline railway station and a direct tram link to Birmingham city centre. The motorway network can also be accessed via the M6 and the M5.

Viewing is recommended to appreciate the size, layout and location of this traditional style family home. There is a canopy porch leading to a spacious entrance hall, which benefits from an understairs storage area and stairs rising to the first floor. There is a front facing lounge which has a double glazed window. The dining room is rear facing with a double glazed window overlooking the garden, a fitted storage cupboard and a single glazed door partition leading to the kitchen. Upstairs, the landing has a loft hatch and there are two double bedrooms and a good sized single bedroom, all of which with double glazed windows and central heating radiators.
