DIRECTIONS From Worcester City Centre travel south down City Walls Road following the A38 Bath Road. After approximately 1 mile on reaching first roundabout, turn left into St. Peters Drive, past Tescos, over the next roundabout and turn right into Bicton Avenue, where the property will be found on the right hand side.

OUTSIDE To the front of the property is a small garden with shrubs. Enclosed rear garden laid to stone for ease of maintenance, garden shed and rear entry. There is car parking provided to the rear of the property (first space, left hand side). There is also visitor parking.
AVAILABILITY The property is available immediately for a minimum period of six months.
SERVICES All main city services are connected.
OUTGOINGS
Council Tax: The tenant will be responsible for the payment of the Council Tax applicable during the tenancy together with the Water, Sewage and Environmental Rates as applicable.
