" This detached bungalow is found in a cul de sac position within the popular village of Charlton. The property enjoys a pleasant plot with a pleasing westerly facing rear garden. Whilst the bungalow requires some updating it does provide double glazing and gas central heating.

The property has accommodation comprising a reception hall, living room, kitchen dining room, porch, bathroom, two bedrooms and boarded loft space. Outside there are gardens to the front and rear along with off road parking and a single garage.

From Evesham High Street proceed in a southerly direction along Abbey Road to the river bridge. Turn right at the junction onto Pershore Road and leave Evesham along this road. After approximately one mile turn right signposted Charlton. Continue along this road until entering the village and then turn first right into Top Street. From here Cherry Orchard is the first right with the property found along on the right located by a Gusterson Palmer & James For Sale board.

The village of Charlton lies between the market towns of Evesham and Pershore, both of which sit on the banks of the river Avon and provide schools of all ages, leisure and shopping amenities along with the art deco Regal Cinema found in Evesham.
