" A spacious and well presented semi detached family home.

Description

This wonderful home has lovely accommodation within including a hallway, cloakroom, a reception room which opens through to the kitchen dining room, three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside, there is driveway parking, a carport, a garage and a mature garden to the rear.

44 Mill Lane is approached over a block paved driveway with carport leading to the garage. There is a garden laid to lawn to the front.

As you enter you are greeted by a welcoming hallway with stairs to the first floor, a door to the cloakroom immediately to your left and further doors to the reception room and kitchen dining room.

The neutrally decorated reception room has a window to the front, a feature brushed chrome electric fire and opening through to the kitchen dining room.

The modern fitted kitchen has a range of wall and base units with worksurfaces over incorporating a stainless steel sink with drainer and mixer tap. Integrated appliances include an oven with hob and extractor above. There is also space and plumbing for a washing machine, tiles to the splashbacks, a window and sliding patio doors to the garden and a further door to the side.

The first floor landing has doors to three bedrooms, the family bathroom and an airing cupboard.
