" Total Refurbishment Finished Late September Initial Viewings Can Be Arranged

Over the last few months this property has had a bold and exciting make over but some of the final decisions on decoration, work tops etc are being held back to enable a buyer to have an input as the work nears completion.

The vendors have cleverly retained the character of the property but have totally modernised the kitchen & bathroom whilst the original space throughout the house has been beneficially utilised.

The ingenious design of the third bedroom, that has been created in the loft space, and the creation of a Sun Room at the rear of the property are the stand out features of the work done.
