" This very spacious and well-presented detached modern home is situated in the much sought after area of Pemberton. It is ideal for all local amenities, within walking distance to the town centres of Wigan and Pemberton and has excellent transport links to the motorway network. There are some great bars and restaurants nearby and great local schools. The house is at the entrance to a quiet residential street and briefly comprises; entrance hall, WC, very spacious lounge area which leads through to separate dining area with patio doors wich leads to the rear garden. Just off the dining area there is a fully fitted kitchen including a gas hob and electric oven. On the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms, the master having an en-suite and a principle bathroom. Externally there is a garden to the front of the property and a driveway to the side for multiple cars leading up to a brick garage. To the rear of the property the owners have recently fitted a decked area which is great for entertaining and this leads onto a garden area.
