This successfully established development is located on the border of Haigh and Standish villages, it stands on the historic site of the Old Bleach Works. The pretty Mayflower conservation area has retained its original lakes and some of the former historic buildings, many of the architectural details found on the site have been inspired by the original building. In fact, the restored former Bleach Works wall which backs onto Chorley Road has been made into a striking feature, creating a walled garden to the rear of this excellent property.
