" This fabulous family home is set just passed the aquadrome in Rickmansworth and due to its location is has some rather wonderful views over the countryside beyond. Set within a quiet cul-de-sac this property has driveway parking for 3 cars, plus a garage. The main entrance leads in to a surprisingly large hallway with w/c and stairs to the first floor. From the hallway there is a bright 20 ft living room with feature fireplace and access through to the lovely fitted eat in kitchen, that also has access through to the garage. Furthermore there is a another 23ft reception room, ideal as another living space and dining space, with double doors leading out to the good size lawned garden and those views! Upstairs the master bedroom is an excellent size with built in wardrobes and plenty of space for more, the second bedroom is another good double with wardrobes and the third bedroom is a good size single bedroom. Finally there is a family bathroom with separate w/c. Overall this is an excellent, spacious home, ideal for commuting, the local schools and for reaching the amenities that Rickmansworth offers.

Rickmansworth has a good selection of shops to include the supermarkets of Marks and Spencer, Waitrose and Tesco. The Metropolitan and Main Line railway services to Baker Street and Marylebone are available from Rickmansworth Station. The M25 at Junction 18 lies within a short distance, connecting with the national motorway network and airports. The surrounding area provides an outstanding selection of schooling, both state and private. The Aquadrome in Rickmansworth offers two boating lakes and a network of paths around the park, Grand Union Canal and wildlife sanctuary. A great place to relax is to visit Caf? in the Park where you can purchase drinks and snacks. A Leisure Centre providing a 25 metre swimming pool and gymnasium is located in Mill End, just outside the town centre.
