Rarely are properties offered for sale at this end of the cul-de-sac on Willow Green which is situated on the edge of Mereheath Park within a short flat walk of the town centre and Tatton Park. This particular property overlooks a lightly wooded green and to the rear the private gardens have a westerly open aspect onto fields. A double driveway provides off road parking for several vehicles and there is a garage. The property in some areas would benefit from modernisation however there is excellent family accommodation of around 1500sq ft and features three separate reception rooms and a super SieMatic high gloss contemporary kitchen with numerous integrated quality appliances. The property is within a short flat walk of the cosmopolitan town of Knutsford, an old market town rich in heritage and brimming with a variety of architectural features, particularly those built in an Italianate Tuscan style by the famous local architect, Richard Harding Watt.
