Constructed about 14 years ago of red brick elevations under a hipped and pitched tiled roof this detached property stands slightly elevated from the road and amongst private south facing gardens. Situated towards the end of the road the town centre is just at the end of Bexton Road which is a short flat walk away as are good local schools making this property ideal for those with or without a family.
LOCATION
The property is within a short flat walk of the cosmopolitan town of Knutsford, an old market town rich in heritage and brimming with a variety of architectural features, particularly those built in an Italianate Tuscan style by the famous local architect, Richard Harding Watt. Linked by a web of ginnels, cobbles and courtyards, the two main streets are home to a variety of shops ranging from boutiques to antique shops, purveyors of fine wines and chocolate to art galleries and interior design specialists.
