" This light and high ceilinged two bedroom flat has recently been redecorated to include wooden floors throughout, and chic furniture and lighting.  The living-dining area is spacious and light, and its two (double glazed) windows overlook Pembridge Road.  The kitchenette is fully fitted with fridge-freezer, oven, and hob, and is integrated into the open-plan living space.  The two bedrooms have large windows, and ample storage space.  The bathroom is fully tiled, and has a combined bath / shower.  The flat is on the third floor, in a period conversion, and has lift access.  The transport links are excellent: buses 27, 28, 31, N27, N31, 328, all run along Pembridge Road, and Notting Hill Gate tube (Central line), and other buses, are a 5 minutes walk.  Bayswater tube (Circle, Hamm & City lines) and Queensway tube (Central line) are a 5-10 minute walk.   Both Notting Hill Gate and Westbourne Grove boast many trendy - and family friendly - restaurants (Polpo, Ledbury, 202, Beach Blanket Babylon, E&O, Mediterraneo, Electric Diner, Pizza Metro) and shops (Matches Fasion, DVF, Petit Bateau, Daylesford Organic, Joseph), as well as a variety of supermarkets (Sainsburys, Tesco, M&S).  There are many schools in the area:  Wetherby Prep, Pembridge Hall, Notting Hill Prep, Chepstow House School, Fox School, Norland Place.  And many nurseries:  The Minors, The Acorn, Strawbery Fields, Ladbroke Square. * Please quote ref. 5705566 when enquiring about this property.
