" Swan Walk is an exclusive gated development which enjoys a pretty riverside setting along the Northern bank of the River Thames, adjacent to Walton Bridge. It is a hugely popular development with professionals and downsizers consisting of apartments, mews and townhouses, with immaculately kept communal grounds including a residents garden next to the river and quayside.
We are offering this wonderful ground floor apartment for sale in immaculate condition, following a complete high-quality refurbishment in 2008 prior to our clients acquisition. It is nestled in a very private position and enjoys the use of a private balcony off the lounge with a direct access to a small, secluded and well-maintained area of the communal gardens.

Accommodation The living room is naturally well lit with a triple aspect with a quality laminate floor running through the main area and into the kitchen area which itself is styled with contemporary white gloss fronts and stainless steel handles.
