Crescent Road is in a very desirable location, a popular yet quiet, leafy area of the village. It is within half a mile from Shepperton Railway station and from the High Street and the catchment area of St Nicholas Primary school, Saxon Primary School and Thamesmead Senior School. The village has a strong community feeling with residents keenly supporting the independent traders, pubs and restaurants.

A fabulous 3 double bedroom, Victorian semi-detached house, located in a very popular yet tranquil location, backs on to a managed tributary of the river Ash and Sunbury golf course.
