" An absolutely superb extended semi detached bungalow with flexible two/three bedroom accommodation including fantastic open plan kitchen/diner/lounge and lovely west gardens with sea views.

Situated in a sought after and desirable location, on the peripherals of the town centre within walking distance of Porth Beach, is this absolutely spectacular extended semi detached bungalow. The current vendors have completely remodelled the property to the highest standard, adding genuinely well thought out floor space to take full advantage of the sunny west facing aspect and sea views.
