This one-time fishing village, was originally called Towan Blystra and unknown apart from its pilchard catch.
Newquay, is the West Country’s beach paradise, with seven miles of soft, golden sand, it is the UK's major centre for surfing. The town attracts people of all ages and interests. The warm climate creating a perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy, in any season.
Newquay has much to offer; the town, the eleven beaches, and a full range of water sports; explore the cliff tops, walk along one of the eleven superb beaches or visit some of the many attractions in town or close by, such as the Zoo, golf course, Trenance Leisure Park, Waterworld, Sea Life Centre, Tunnels Through Time and plentiful night life.

DIRECTIONS:
From the A30 East of Newquay take the exit onto A39 headed East for 1.0 mile. At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A392. Go through 2 roundabouts and after 6.0 miles at the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Trevemper Rd/A392, continue to follow A392, go through another roundabout and after 1.5 miles at the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Higher Tower Rd and continue for 0.3 miles.
Turn right onto Hope Terrace after 120 yards continue onto Trevena Terrace and after 0.1 miles turn left onto Fore St. No 79 will be on the right.

GENERAL:
The house sleeps 7, has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor and a kitchen and lounge diner with superb views on the middle level, below a flat, with its own kitchen and shower room sleeps 2 more. The lower floors have gas central heating, most windows are double glazed and an external seating area shares the views.

APPROACH:
The front door is recessed and up steps from Fore Street. Open the wooden door to the entrance hall.
