" The Old Orchard is a light and airy modern house, mostly open plan on the ground floor, with a well equipped kitchen with spacious dining area, separate sitting room with French doors to the garden and a utility/cloakroom. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, small third, family bathroom and converted attic room. A large garden is at the front and at the rear is a small enclosed garden, parking and two garages.

The Property The end of terrace house was built nine years ago and has all modern comforts including uPVC double glazing and electric Ecowarmth central heating.
