" We are pleased to bring to the market a truly fabulous 4 bedroom detached property in a very desirable location close to Truro.
As you approach the property, it is nestled within a very sought after development along a private road situating a corner plot. This property boasts a private drive as well as an enclosed and very private front garden which is sunny and can be enjoyed by all of the family.

Probus is a thriving community approximately six miles east of Truro and a little further west of St. Austell.
