LOCATION:
Camborne is located in North Cornwall and has a population of over 20,000. Originally just a village until transformed by the mining boom in the late eighteenth century which saw the Camborne and Redruth district become the richest mining area in the world. With a mainline station and easy access  to the recently improved A30 transport links to the rest of the UK are good (trains to Paddington take around 5 hours without the need to change).

DIRECTIONS:        
From Camborne Railway Station, head Northwest on Trevu Road for 100 yards. At the roundabout, turn right towards Pool and continue for half a mile. Turn half right at the roundabout onto Dolcoath Road and continue for 0.2 miles. No 48 is on the right.

GENERAL:
Dolcoath Road is a spacious three bedroom terraced house with well proportioned rooms, including the lounge, dining room, kitchen, sunroom and upstairs bathroom. Situated near Camborne town centre with ample off street parking to the front, gas central heating, double glazing and a long garden with large shed to the rear.

APPROACH:
The property has off street parking in the front garden, which is mainly laid to chippings with flower beds close to the front elevation. The double glazed front door is on the right and opens to the hallway.

Lit by a double glazed window in the front elevation, this comfortable room overlooks the approach.

BEDROOM 2: 3.77m by 2.79m           12'4" x 9'2"
