SITUATION In the North Helford area, this fine country house stands in a picturesque valley location overlooking its own meadow, across the valley to a deciduous woodland canopy opposite. Polwheveral House Farm's position offers a high level of privacy, without being isolated, and benefits from being a short public footpath walk to the head of the beautiful Polwheveral Creek off the Helford River. It is approached through woodland over a well maintained private driveway running adjacent to a tumbling granite boulder stream.

After about 3 miles, drive into the valley and the entrance, which is best found on TR11 5PX, is on the left immediately after the turning to port Navas and about 100 yards before Constantine village sign.
