" An unusual opportunity to acquire this detached bungalow style residence situated in the popular Dracaena Avenue area of Falmouth Town and offers good access to the town and also to the local amenities. The property itself is approached off Dracaena Avenue with a driveway set to the side leading down to the rear of the property where there is a turning area and access to an internal garage.

Once within the bungalow the accommodation comprises of an entrance hall, living room, kitchen/dining room with a range of oak style fronted wall and drawer units, two bedrooms plus a bathroom/w.c.
