53 Chirgwin Road is a modern link detached house situated in a popular residential development within walking distance of the city centre. In recent years the property has had many improvements carried out including re-fitting of the kitchen and bathroom as well as a replacement central heating boiler. Whilst a little re-decoration is required the property is well looked after, and also benefits from having UPVC double-glazed windows.
Chirgwin Road is situated on the eastern side of the city centre just off St. Clements Hill with easy access via a pedestrain footpath to the shops or indeed the creek at St. Clements.
