" A most tastefully updated three bedroomed mid terraced town house, which must be viewed internally to appreciate the accommodation on offer. Located in a sought after road on the Eastern side of Truro City centre with the advantage of being within the catchment area of Archbishop Benson junior school and Penair secondary school. Benefiting from a gas central heating system and double-glazing, there are a number of attractive features which include dado railing within the entrance vestibule and entrance hallway, both of which have tiled flooring. The lounge/dining room has a bay window to the front aspect, a solid fuel burner and timber boarded flooring, whilst to the rear of the entrance hallway is a breakfast room with timber panelled flooring and this provides access to a kitchen with a fitted hob, oven, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer and this again enjoys timber boarded flooring. To the first floor there is a two tiered landing and a bathroom fitted with laminated flooring and having a shower over the bath. In addition to the bedrooms there is a study. The master bedroom is to the second floor with a most attractive side pointed stone wall and some exposed beams. The gardens to the rear are enclosed with a workshop. Rarely do properties of such quality and of this period become available and so a viewing is strongly recommended. There is no onward chain.
