SITUATION
The property stands on the outskirts of South Brent itself, within easy reach of all the villages' amenities and well placed for accessibility onto the A38, with the cities of Exeter and Plymouth both within easy commuting. There is a mainline railway station at nearby Ivybridge or Totnes. The Dartmoor National Parks lie to the other side of the village and the coastlines of the South Hams are within a short car journey.

DIRECTIONS
From Totnes take the main road through Dartington to Shinners Bridge and onto the South Brent Road (A385). On arriving at Marley Head, which is an intersection with the A38, drive over the dual carriageway sign posted South Brent and turning left at the roundabout on the opposite side, proceed into South Brent. Before the mini-roundabout on the edge of the village, turn left and proceed down this road where you will see Crowder Park on your left hand side.

CONSTRUCTION
