" A detached three bedroom house with just under 1500 sq ft of accommodation situated in a quiet residential area of similar properties within a short walk of the centre of the village.

The bedrooms are all of a similar size and there are two bathrooms and a separate cloakroom on the ground floor. The sitting room is a good size which opens out onto the garden and there is the benefit of a separate dining room, utility room and integral garage.

Rotherfield village, is a traditional English village surrounded by open countryside yet providing a good range of local facilities including village stores, antique shops, a public house and a church. Rotherfield is situated approximately 4 miles from Crowborough with the mainline station at Jarvis Brook providing services to London in just over an hour. The Spa town of Tunbridge Wells is approximately 8 miles away and provides excellent shopping and leisure facilities.
