" Description    If looking for a property with low maintenance then this could be the property for you. The house is in a development that is well maintained and all the owners pay a small annual charge to ensure the communal areas are well maintained and kept to a high standard. The property itself has two bedrooms and an upstairs bathroom that has recently been updated to a high standard. The living room has had recently fitted new carpet and the kitchen has been recently fitted to a high standard with 'Neff' appliances including fridge/freezer, hood and extractor. There is also a quality De Dietrich hob and space for washing machine. The property also benefits from amtico flooring in the entrance hall, kitchen and bathroom. This property has been well maintained and has also had double glazing fitted in 2007/2008 and also a new condensing boiler has been installed, making the property more energy efficient.
