" Built in the mid 1960?s this detached house has been extended, renovated and improved to provide excellent well arranged family accommodation over two floors. It is considered that subject to the necessary consents there is potential to enlarge the house substantially. Points of particular note include the following: The covered entrance porch leads to the front door and the entrance hall with the staircase to the first floor, cloakroom, utility room and double doors opening to the kitchen/dining room. The bespoke well fitted and equipped kitchen has an extensive range of solid wood units arranged in an L shape with walnut work surfaces, an island unit with cupboards below, Neff wok, griddle and 4 ring gas hob .
