" If you’re looking for a coastal property backing on to a nature reserve with generous proportions and the potential to develop and improve, this is the bungalow for you. Just a stone’s throw from the seafront sits this impressive and deceptive detached bungalow.The first thing you will notice is the sizeable frontage which could provide off road parking for multiple vehicles. Once inside the front door the storm porch provides the perfect place to leave coats and shoes. It also conveniently has access to the garage, so unloading the car can be done in comfort. The hallway leads to nearly all the rooms, which are of a good size. 2 bedrooms position themselves at the front/left hand side of the bungalow and suitably sited opposite is the bathroom. The lounge, sun room and dining room to the rear provide the perfect environment to entertain, relax and unwind. In the warmer months access via the sun room and lounge takes you out into the garden. Like the rooms, it is a good size and also benefits from views across the Dungeness peninsula.Upstairs, an unfinished loft conversion delivers the 3rd bedroom and has potential when finished for another bedroom and bathroom. It's fair to say the entire property would gain from an update. However, with some imagination and creativity this bungalow has so much potential, it's bound to satisfy the developer in you. Our father lived here enjoying many happy years. He always felt safe and got on well with the neighbours. He appreciated how quiet and attractive the local area is, with the nature reserve and seafront being so close. Sadly he passed away and we no longer need the bungalow. We did have grand plans to improve the property (loft conversion) but never got around to finishing them. It would make us happy to see new owners enjoy this home as much as our father did.*Please refer to the footnote referring to the services and appliances*
