" Located towards the end of a private road, it is easy to see why the current owners chose this property.

The garden is extensive and west facing with far reaching views over open farmland. The owners and their children have spent many summer afternoons and had many barbeques in the garden and their guests have all commented on the views and how quiet it is. The views can also be enjoyed on those wet days from the conservatory.

The large living room acts as the hub of this well maintained home with all other rooms being accessed from it and there are large windows to the front, which allows the morning sun to flood in. The kitchen and conservatory are open plan to the living room and the owners have informed me that they get a lot of light from the sun all year round.

This home also boasts 3 bedrooms, porch, bathroom, garage and driveway.

Since the current owners have lived here they have added a replacement conservatory, central heating and fitted a new kitchen.

Approximately 2.5 miles from Hythe and 1.5 miles from Dymchurch High Street, this home is evenly positioned to enjoy the amenities offered by both towns. For those of you that do not drive, the bus stop is conveniently sited at the top of the road.

We used to come down from London and spend our holidays in Dymchurch with the children when they were younger. We liked the area so much that we decided to move here.

We will be sad to leave here as we have put down roots and made many friends but our children are almost grown and we are now looking at universities and moving to be closer to them. We are offering our home CHAIN FREE!

We absolutely love the garden and views we have over the farmland and it has been brilliant to be so close to the sea.
