" Living in Rolfe Lane really has its benefits, especially if you’re lucky enough to be on the side that backs on to the fields. This bungalow is only a stone’s throw away from the town centre, yet set far enough away to give you a quiet and peaceful location, allowing you to have the best of both worlds and of course backs on to the fields! Outside the garden is spacious and lets you enjoy a rural backdrop; as for the children, it’s the perfect safe environment to play in. To the front, the garden continues and just like the rear, is spacious enough to set the bungalow back from the road, giving it a charming kerb appeal. A drive at the side completes the outside space and leads up to the garage.
Inside and to the front, the lounge stretches a good length. Its big windows saturate it with light creating a room that will attract many family gatherings. Two further reception rooms gives you options - a dining room, music room, study, 2nd lounge, the choice is yours! When I first laid eyes on my home, it was the size and location that attracted me. All the rooms are a good size and likewise the outside areas. As for convenience, the town centre is only a short walk away!
New Romney is a wonderful place to live; nearly everything you could need is nearby like shops, schools, doctors and hair dressers.I no longer need the space and feel it is time for new owners to enjoy my home. I will miss the outlook at the bottom of my garden which has field views and the quiet nature of the road.
