" An excellent example of a most desirable style of property within the sought after village of Headcorn. Originally constructed as a 3 bedroom link detached home the property has been extended and improved to take advantage of all available space without impeding either the flow of the original design or its character.
Now a 4 bedroom home, the property is most notably different on the ground floor where there have been two conservatory extensions as well as an extension to the lounge and a corridor that has been integrated to adjoin the garage to the main house. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms (one currently used as a study), a shower room and an additional family bathroom.
The current owners have invested both time and money into the property to present it to the level it is today. Since moving in they have replaced the bathroom and converted the downstairs cloakroom, added two conservatories (one used as a utility room), fitted a new kitchen, replaced the garage roof and fitted an electric door as well as block paving the drive way, to name just a few examples!
Such care and consideration in the constant up-keep of a property is rare, so to find one of this nature in a location so close to schools, shops and amenities presents an opportunity not to be missed and therefore we recommend an internal inspection at your earliest opportunity.

What the Owner says:

Being so close to everything is one of the reasons we bought the house, knowing that the train station and the high street is only a stone's throw away is great – and very convenient when you run out of the essentials! What made the house a home to us were the little things; the mornings having breakfast in the sunshine out on the patio, the feeling of coming back to a warm and cosy home after our evening walks around the village, and all of the times that we’ve welcomed and entertained our friends and neighbours over for dinner. We've invested a lot into the property to make it perfect for our needs and we’ve had a lot of happy memories here, we're very proud of our home.
