A detached four bedroom Georgian style home situated in a desirable mews in Biddenden. Townland Close is an individually designed cul-de-sac all enjoying views to a small, purposely created wooded green, fantastic! You will be met by a spacious welcoming reception hall with downstairs cloakroom

(fitted 2011) and you are immediately drawn to the wonderful lounge with feature bay window and fireplace. There is a modern fitted kitchen with co-ordinating units, a very bright room also giving direct access to the garden. Upstairs is a spacious galleried landing, four double bedrooms with large picture windows, the principal overlooking a pretty green to the front and a real indulgence is the luxury of the bathroom with roll top freestanding bath and separate shower, stunning!Outside there is a partly walled secluded garden landscaped by the current owners, a wonderful patio seating area leading to a lawned garden with flower borders. The front provides excellent parking and an ornamental garden.

Where do we start, we bought our home the second we saw it, we did not really need to go inside, just the location did it for us. Having lived here now for sometime we can honestly say we have enjoyed every day. The peace and quiet with wonderful neighbours, we could not have asked for more. I know we will really miss our family parties and entertaining our friends in the garden. The convenience to Headcorn station has also been a real bonus for us. We are positive that the next owner will enjoy this home as much as we have.
