" If you're a keen gardener looking for something or somewhere to produce your next batch of vegetables or bed of roses, then the garden of this detached bungalow is well worth a look. In size its over 100' long and catches the sun for most of the day.
Unlike many of the other nearby homes, there's a dropped kerb and parking space to the front with a short walk to the front door. The bungalow itself is in need of a little 'tender love and care', but nothing too serious. Once finished you'll have a perfect home with 2 good size bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and sunny lounge room, so you can take full advantage of that garden!!!

The house has served us well for more than 20 years and is nicely situated within walking distance to the convenience store and other shops. There is a light and comfortable feel to the bungalow and the garden is a good useful size which we have been able to enjoy well into the evenings. Although the home now requires a little updating, we hope its new owner enjoys it as much as we have.
