" This house is truly a cut above the rest!!! Set away from the main close this stunning family home impresses from the start. The entrance hall is bright and airy and an arched window draws in the light to the front. There is so much living space downstairs you could almost get lost. The lounge has had the patio doors replaced with double glazed French doors that open out into the garden and there is a living flame gas fire which provides a lovely focal point. There is also a study and dining room, as well as a downstairs cloakroom. The kitchen and conservatory are the real jewel in the crown to the downstairs of this house. Under floor heating to both rooms provides warmth to your toes, whilst a stylish vertical radiator in the kitchen is a real eye catcher. There is a 6 ring 'Neff' hob and double oven, as well as a 'Franke' sink unit. Copper coloured mosaic tiles provide an unusual but pleasant splashback to the solid worksurfaces and the kitchen opens up into the conservatory, which is probably where most people would spend their time. The under floor heating means that this room can be used all year round and feels as if your almost sitting in the garden. There are four bedrooms on the first floor with the master bedroom benefiting from an en-suite which has a bath, as well as a shower. A staircase on the landing now leads to the loft room which was created in 2005. The space is immense and stretches the whole length of the roof and has its own en-suite.

What the Owner says:

When we moved down from London in 1998 it felt like we were moving to the middle of nowhere. There was so much space and greenery around us, we knew it would be perfect for us to bring up our 3 children. Since moving in we have really made some big changes, namely the loft conversion, updating the kitchen and adding the conservatory. We've used the loft for lots of things, its currently a study and TV room, but it was perfect for when our children had sleep overs as we didn't hear them! We have tried several times to move before, but never found another property which offered such fantastic accommodation. We are downsizing now and it is going to be a real struggle to leave here.
