" Primrose Drive is arguably one of the most popular cul de sacs on the whole of the Park Farm development. Built by Bovis the close is made up of detached homes, some are a standard brick design, however some, like this 4 bedroom have been built using flint which really enhances its look and character.It's a safe family area as well. This is helped by the fact that the close is made up of several smaller 'spurs' of a handful of houses which reduces the volume of traffic.The current owners have been here since new and the house has been really looked after. The lounge and dining room have been floored in solid oak and the conservatory has under floor heating, creating an "all year round" room which, like the garden, offers a good deal of privacy. There is another reception room which could be a playroom or study, so there's lots of space for everyone to enjoy!!

What the Owner says:

We were attracted to this property when we first saw it because of the unusual flint front and all the houses in the cul de sac are similar but slightly different. The area is very quiet and has some of the oldest oak trees I have ever seen! We added a conservatory in about 2006 and it is probably now our favourite room. The roof is glass with an anti-sun covering to stop it getting too hot in the summer and it is really relaxing to sit with a glass of wine and watch the rain run off the roof! In the winter the underfloor heating means we can use it even in the snow. We have found the other reception room to be a useful space for the kids to play without creating too much havoc in the rest of the house!
