" Guide Price ?200,000-?220,000 This spacious Victorian mid terraced family home is located within easy walking distance of Ashford International train station and town centre. The property requires modernisation throughout however the current owner has replaced the roof and the windows during her ownership. On entering the property there is a large hallway leading into the dining room with stairs leading to the first floor. The dining room is a good size and has lots of built in storage and opens out to the living room with a lovely bay window to the front and a fireplace housing an electric fire. The kitchen requires updating and leads to both the family bathroom and the garden room.
