" Description    A well presented semi-detached chalet style house with three double bedrooms situated in a convenient and popular location on the Ridings development set within a few minutes walk of Uckfield town centre and railway station. The property boasts bright and spacious accommodation, a good size 'low maintenance garden' and a garage & driveway with parking for several cars. Accommodation briefly comprises as follows; a recently refurbished kitchen/breakfast room with sliding patio doors leading to the garden, a good size reception room with a modern, electric feature fireplace, stairs rising to landing leading to three good size bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property also features double glazing in every room and gas central heating with a regularly serviced boiler.

Situation    The property is located on the outskirts of the town on a quiet residential development. The town centre and railway station with a commuter service to London Bridge are within walking distance and the town offers a wide range of shopping facilities, cinema, leisure centres, restaurants, library, local hospital, bus station and schooling for children of all ages including 6th form community college. Haywards Heath and Lewes are both within a 20/25 minute drive away and offer a good selection of shops plus mainline stations with services to London Bridge/Victoria. The coastal towns of Eastbourne and Brighton together with the Royal spa town of Tunbridge Wells, Gatwick Airport and the M23/M25 motorways are a convenient drive away

Outside    To the front of the property there is parking for several cars and a garden mainly laid to lawn. A side gate provides access to the rear garden where there are two seating areas surrounded by a variety of small shrubs in the borders and several mature trees proving privacy.
