" This two bedroom semi detached house is in a quiet no through road close to Uckfield town within easy access to buses and the high street. The owner has updated the property including a garage, enclosed front entrance porch and conservatory. It also offers the possibility of extension to the side, subject to the necessary consents being obtained. It has two bedrooms plus a shower room upstairs, a kitchen with a separate dining area and lounge downstairs. The owner has found a property to move into already and feels that this home would suit a growing family or someone downsizing from a larger home.

What the Owner says:

When we viewed the house we wanted somewhere with a good amount of living accommodation and close to the town centre. The lounge and dining room are both at the back of the house and being south- west facing get a lot of sun, so it is quite a warm house.The kitchen/diner is where I spend most of my time and it’s been even better since we added the conservatory. Its great having the drive and garage too as it can be quite rare to have both here!
