I bought 27 The Briars approximately 5 years ago. I was a 1st time buyer and wanted to leave the hustle and bustle of town life and I was drawn towards West Kingsdown as the area is not too busy, has great motorway links to the M25 and M20 and a choice of train stations in the surrounding villages to London.I have always been a motor sport enthusiast so the free pass to Brands Hatch was a fantastic bonus for me.I knew immediately when I walked into No 27 it was the perfect home for me. My home is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac with a great garden that is not overlooked. I have had a garage built with a workshop area, and decorated throughout.
