The property is situated on this popular lakeside development under half a mile from the village of Riverhead with its excellent selection of local shops and schools and is within the catchment area of the renowned Amherst School and Riverhead Primary School. Sevenoaks main line station, on the Charing Cross line, is just over one mile distance while Sevenoaks town centre with its excellent range of shopping and leisure facilities is just over one-and-a-half miles distance. Access onto junction 5 of the M25 at the Chevening Interchange with the A21 at nearby Bessels Green is within a few minutes drive.
