" We quite often hear people say they do not mind something needing work or updating; well now is your chance. This family home is in need of some 'TLC', but could offer someone a fantastic opportunity to turn this into a lovely home. The ability to extend the house is also a possibility (subject to planning consents etc.) as so many other houses in the road have done so.
On entering into the home, the lack of carpets and the bangs and scrapes on the walls will make you study things a little closer. You will then notice that there is gas central heating here, the kitchen has been updated too - even giving you granite work tops and the bathroom has a modern white suite; so do look closer and you will see that a lot of the work required is just cosmetic.
