" Description    25 Willow Lea is a semi-detached Gough Cooper "cottage" style house. The property offers on the ground floor an entrance hall with sitting room, doors to dining room, kitchen and on the first floor three bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC. The property has the benefit of gas central heating and double glazing. I believe there are open plan gardens to the front lawn, driveways beside the property to a garage located in a well sheltered rear garden.

Situation    The house is situated in a popular area in the outskirts of town. There are local shopping facilities and bus services in York Parade whilst Tonbridge High Street and the station with its good services for trains to London (Cannon Street and Charring Cross) is within two miles. Tonbridge High Street provides comprehensive shopping facilities, recreational amenities, bus services on the surrounding districts and various restaurants.   The A21 lies to the south of the town providing access to London and linking to M25 motorway. Tonbridge offers schools for all ages both state and private.
