" Fantastic little houses like this don’t come along too often and with a price tag similar to a modern one bedroom flat, it will not be around for long!
This cosy house sits nestled in between two other houses on a road only ½ mile from the High Street, making it easy to get around and get to the shops. There is on-road parking on both sides of the road. Inside you have a nice size square lounge with wood flooring and a feature fireplace surround. Behind that is the kitchen with fitted oven and a back door leading to the garden. The owner has recently re-landscaped this outside space and even though it is not a massive space, it is so useable and has rear access which means you don’t have to tramp through the house after a trip to the garden centre. Upstairs there is a very good size master bedroom and in addition, you have your own dressing room which leads through to the bathroom. They have had occasion in the past to use this as a guest bedroom which has done the job short term. The location is very central to town, without having to put up with the heavy traffic of people you can sometimes experience. It takes the owners 10 minutes to walk to the High Street, but there are quite a range of little shops much closer by for any little bits you might need.

What the Owner says:

We downsized to this house last year and have really enjoyed doing it up since then; mainly decorating inside and also the garden, and have updated the electrics with a new RCD box, renewed the front door and re- rendered the front!Even though it’s only a one bedroom house, it is not small. All the rooms are big enough for us and our needs and it nice and easy to keep it clean and tidy.
