" A spacious Grade II Listed 19th century semi detached cottage of character and charm. Situated in the conservation area of Coalbrookdale which was the heart of the Industrial Revolution at the time when the worlds first Iron Bridge was constructed in 1779 which spans the River Severn in the nearby town of Ironbridge. The whole area is recognised as a World Heritage Site.
Local primary school, doctors surgery, two local inns lie nearby the cottage and further shops, restaurants, pubs, post office, chemist etc in Ironbridge town.
Approximately 4 miles north is the new town of Telford where there are departmental stores, supermarkets, DIY stores, schools,and railway station. The M54 links onto the M6 and M1 respectively.

The present owners have tastefully improved the property, retaining the character of the cottage ie exposed beams , large Inglenook fireplace, oak style flooring, Victorian style bathroom with benefit of gas central heating incorporating the "original" style cast iron radiators.
