Agents Note

In our opinion this is a very attractively designed detached bungalow on a desired small development, which is well presented but would now benefit from some updating. A deceased estate the vendors do not know when the boiler has last been serviced so they have arranged for this to be carried out as a precaution. It looks to us as if the ensuite shower may have leaked through the wall at some time so grout has been replaced but really the wall should be re tiled. The oil tank is of the older type but appears not to leak. All together it is an attractive home it just needs a little bit of refreshing.

From English Homes Langport Office turn left to Curry Rivel, as you enter the village take the second road on the left which is signed to Drayton and named Honeylands. Take the first left into Abbey Close. The property will be found on the right hand side opposite Blackdown View indicated by an English Homes For Sale board

Curry Rivel is situated less than 2 miles west of Langport and has a range of facilities including general stores/post office, tea rooms, garage, church, primary school and public house. Langport amenities fulfil most day to day needs, with a variety of shops which includes a Tesco Store, medical centre, various churches and schools for all ages including the well known Huish Episcopi Academy and Sixth Form. The town of Langport itself lies only about eight miles north of the A303 which connects to the national motorway network. Curry Rivel is well placed for the larger towns of Taunton 9 miles with its main-line railway station (London/Paddington), Bridgwater and Yeovil with their main-line railway stations (Waterloo + Paddington). The Dorset coast is about 25 miles.
