" Lincoln Avenue, Clayton is a very popular location indeed and this particular property holds a pleasant position along the Avenue and has the great advantage of a well proportioned rear garden which also houses a detached brick built garage. The property has perhaps now reached the stage where some general improvements are required yet nevertheless it does enjoy gas fired central heating and partial Upvc double glazing. It has been placed onto the open market at a price to take into consideration the cost of any works and we do feel that it represents good value for money, taking everything into consideration. It is in the catchment area for some good local schools and convenient for the town.
