" Welcome to Tinkersfield, a home like no other. Designed by the current owner to make use of the fantastic space that is on offer. With an en suite to every double bedroom and impressive garden views from every window, this is a small example of what is on offer over the 0.7 acre of property available. Before we walk around the home, let s have a look whats within a short distance from the front door.

We are nestled between Rayleigh and Hullbridge opposite The Rayleigh Club golf course. There is a fantastic bar and seating area here in the summer. even if you aren t into golf

Hullbridge village is known for The River Crouch; lined with sail boats, with the Kendal Park Nature Reserve on one side of Ferry Road, a small woodland and open space on the edge of the river. Ideal for a little picnic or a stroll along the waterfront.
After a summer s day out on the river, you can relax in the garden of the Anchor, an upmarket pub and restaurant with a garden and views over the river. Famous for its outside barbecue .
