The seafront is a 15 minute walk down the High Street, with easy access to all the town`s restaurants, bars, theatres.

One bedroom secure ground floor flat, light and airy, newly refurbished with an excellent layout consisting of good sized sitting room and bedroom,

It has a shower room and large kitchen diner, with double patio doors opening onto terrace with raised herb garden.

All the windows are newly double glazed with double openers, fully lockable.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including appliances of oven, hob and extractor, washing machine, separate dryer vented to the outside, fridge freezer.
